Shipping Policy

At BreatheQuiet, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Below you will find the details of our shipping process for the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will be processed the next working day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Orders above £25 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under £25 will be charged a flat shipping fee of £4.5.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at info@breathequiet.co.uk.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we can reship the order once the additional shipping cost has been paid.
