Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription-based options. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully:

For One-Time Purchases:

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@breathequiet.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

For Subscriptions:

You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect.

If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the order once it arrives, as per our Return Policy.

Free Trials or First-Time Discounts:

If your subscription includes a discounted first order or free trial, cancelling before the second shipment may result in the full product price being charged or deducted from your refund in case of a return.
